But it wasn’t always that clear. There was a time when I didn’t really know who I was or what I wanted to do. I tapped into design back in high school but I never saw it as a potential career path. What I did know was that I’ve always been creative. I wasn’t the “book smart” type and the thought of writing long essays or spending hours in a traditional office never felt like me.

What I did know was that I’ve always been creative. I wasn’t the “book smart” type and the thought of writing long essays or spending hours in a traditional office never felt like me.
After taking some time off from studying, it finally clicked, I could turn my love for creating and hands-on design into a career. The idea of getting paid to do what I love was the push I needed. That’s when I dove into a Design and Visual Communications degree and for someone who never thought study was for them, it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made.
Turning ideas and visions into reality lit a fire in me and from that, Creatives by Jayni was born. From a girl who once felt clueless, I’ve grown into a designer full of big, bright ideas, ready to bring them to life.
